Get me some black cherry ice cream or that "cake mix" one from Coldstone...I am not supposed to have any !!! I put my work out clothes on...I got XL and they actually were a tad big when I started wearing them...that is strange in my book. I seem just be toning right now.I don't concentrate on the numbers I guess. And I don't eat as much as I should because if I start to loose some weight...My blood sugar goes way down and then I just eat more. Have to work on that...but still doing 90 percent to be focused. I am not complaining but have been hit with some pretty heavy crap. I am here for you to chat with..won't complain about my BS Love ya !!

I treasure all of your feelings of love for me and I am thankful that I opened up and felt the angel wings of all Loyals around me to help me thru this difficult time. Hello Everyone !!! Thanks so much for all your support with the death of two people too soon in my family...Means so much to me!!

I have not been on a couple days related to work and just feeling sad...I have a lot of emotions that I must deal with the past and future days of this week. I wrote a small Blog of what I have to face tomorrow. I will be back on posting if I get some time tomorrow night...will try to get some of that sense of humor back...Smiles, Jess
